Facilities

We have a 12 stall barn (some of which are available for part or full board, see next paragraph for pricing), round pen, riding arena and riding areas, stadium and cross-country fences. We have a small regulation dressage arena. Lights, large tack room, bathroom, refrigerator, and 7 acres of grass. Horses turn out as needed.

Part Board is $225 for a 12 x 12 stall, with horses fed 2 times a day and turned out in the morning. A 12 x 36 stall and paddock is also available for $250 a month. Owner helps with feeding or bringing in or out when possible. Owner cleans their stall, buys/makes up feed and hay, provides/buys their own feed can and water bucket, cleans their automatic waterer, helps fill up water buckets in the pasture, helps to blow out the barn once a week, is responsible for rotation worming every 6 weeks, is responsible for all damages that the horse may cause. Full Board is $475 with coastal hay, orchard alfalfa, alfalfa or peanut hay, turnout, salt minerals and bran, and will be wormed on a 6 week rotation. Full AND Part Board: Horses are not turned out on Sundays. Owners are responsible for turning out and bringing in their own horse(s). Any owner that does not feed their horse will be assessed a $5.00 fine. Board is due on the 1ST of the month.

We offer farm-fresh eggs for sale for $3 a dozen. Egg cartons desperately needed! No chemicals are given to them. They are free range chickens but they have a bedtime curfew. They lay very large eggs. We also have times that we rent baby chicks out. You might also want to check out our friends over at Naturewise -- They grow hydroponic and organic edible plants.

We have 50,000 acres of trails to ride on. We have lakes to ride, too. We have a full size regulation dressage course, a large open area to ride in, a stadium jump course, and cross country jumps. We do over night stabling if needed.
