Desert Acres Stables has good horses for lease. If you are interested in trail riding, western pleasure, or jumping and dressage we have them.
Priced at $150 for 4 H children with or without your own saddle; and for an additional $35, a riding lesson to see which horse is best for you. Lessons will be determined after we see and observe your riding skills whether one or more lessons you will need to purchase for the month. We have horses that will go to horse shows or just for having fun.
Photo 5, 6 & 7 is Windjammer; a brown and white paint gelding he goes western and english,dressage, trails and does walk trot barrels. He is 15.2 hands.
Photo 3 is Desert Sand; a gray mare that goes western, english, dressage, jumps,trails, and does walk trot barrels. She is 16 hands tall.
Photo 1 is Breeze; a black and white paint mare that goes western pleasure, english, jumps, trails and does walk trot barrels. She is 15.1 hands.
Photo 2 & 4 is Calypso; a buckskin mare that goes western, english, dressage, jumps, and does walk trot barrels. She is 14.1 hands. Don't let her size full you she is a nice quarter type horse.
Scout is a black, brown and white pinto gelding that goes western, english, jumps, dressage and does walk trot barrels. He is 14.3 hands.
Photos 8, 9, 10, 11, Gideon is a 16.2 hand dark bay gelding. He is a school master horse. A great horse for a beginner rider moving up to jumping 2'6 to 2'9. Gideon also rides dressage, and english. He will definitely keep you tuned up on your skills of riding.
